A. The agency must file an appeal and report the complaint closure in Part V. “Summary of Closures by Statute”, in Part VI. “Summary of Closures by Category” on Line A.3. “Final Agency Actions”, and on Line C.2.c. “AJ decision not fully implemented, dismissal of complaint.
