Most likely you have used Milestone XProtect software before on the computer on which you’re now running XProtect Go so that you already have a user definition file. When that is the case, no default user is created, and you should use one of the user accounts and credentials you’ve created with your earlier XProtect software. If you don’t want to reuse user definitions from possible earlier installations of Milestone XProtect, you can also delete the entire Milestone directory under the “Program Files (x86)” directory, before installing XProtect Go. Please note that this will delete any settings or recordings from your system!
