The 10% discount is applied to the first month of private music lessons and to the first 10-week session of KinderNotes classes. What if my child misses a lesson?
• KEYNOTES policy: Make-up lessons are done due to illness, family emergency, and/or inclement weather (i.e. if school buses and/or schools are cancelled). Alternate arrangements can be made with your child’s teacher at the next lesson. We ask that you call us first thing in the morning and let us know about an illness so that we may make alternate arrangements. In the event that your child is unable to attend a KinderNotes class, Keynotes regrets that makeup classes will not be offered.
