Thats not fair! Why is the 4-month adopting restriction there?
A bunch of people used to create accounts for the sole purpose of trying to auto-grab pets from the Pound (especially painted, limited/restricted, Avatar pets, etc). These accounts were always only a few days old but contained rare pets. To stop these people, TNT created the 4-month rule.
