NEVER prescribe a medicine that a patient did not need, and I would like to think that most other physicians would not either. Bottom line is that he is a liar. Your suspicions were validated when he refused to give you his doctor’s phone number. If he will not accompany you to the doctor to get this resolved, my advice to you is to note that your life is much more important than a 3 year romance.
