All of the Pay-Bar companies have specific policies on their members using SPAM to attract new referrals — “SPAMing will result in your account, and any account downstream from you to be REMOVED without warning” is pretty much the standard rule. “SPAM” is defined as unsolicited emails, newsgroup postings, etc. ie: junk mail or junk postings that aren’t on topic. You may however, send emails to friends and associates that you know very well, but if you don’t know the person then don’t even think about it! You may also send emails to people that have specifically requested that you send them info.
