There are currently a number of servers associated with ACS: ACS.org, CAS.org, Pubs.org, Center.acs.org, as well as Membership.acs.org. If someone is visiting your Web site or another ACS Web site who isn’t familiar with the ACS structure, then it’s hard to understand how CHAL.acs.org fits in with the other ACS sites. Since Divisions and Local Sections are part of the Membership Division, their URLs should indicate that relationship. The good news is we’re working to make those URLs more direct like membership.acs.org/CHAL.
