– Beer Gas – a regulator (the N2 model is different from the CO2 model) – a stout faucet (again different from the standard model) If you don’t have all three then what you’re serving will be different from, but recognisable as, Draught Guinness. I’ve run Guinness under CO2 and without a stout faucet. It’s perfectly drinkable– the main difference is in the head. One thing you can’t do is serve Guinness without *some* sort of draft beer equipment. There just isn’t a picnic tap for this application.
