The FDA has approved only three ingredients for protection against UVA rays, titanium dioxide, zinc oxide and avobenzone. Look for sunscreens that contain those ingredients for broad spectrum protection. All Solar Sense sunscreens contain zinc oxide for broad spectrum protection.
