There are a number of issues that can cause disruption in the delivery of an online test to large numbers of students. The STAMP servers have been “load tested” to ensure that they can deliver the tests as scheduled. It is required that the school run through a diagnostic setup process well in advance of testing to ensure that computer settings are correct and that headsets are operating properly for recording and playback during the speaking section of the test.
