Tenancy Agreement – Someone on my sim is violating a rule in the tenancy agreement/covenant or I have questions about my tenancy at Rosewood, how do I find someone to answer my questions?
Go to the Rosewood website or the Rosewood Estates office to see which managers are online and then send them an IM or an email. You may also look in the about land —Covenant tab and locate the names of all staff members and their email addresses. Photos and/or chat logs of conversations as helpful to address the problems are appreciated. If you are being griefed by another individual, Stand Down Immediately, do not retaliate, do not escalate, copy all text into a notecard, take as many photos as possible, list any witnesses in the notecard. Please send the information along to Lucy Basiat for further investigation. You may then need to follow up by muting the individual, and turning off object entry and rez objects in your waterway to prevent the griefer from abusing you. Please note Rosewood needs detailed information to take any action against a perpetrator.
