In most cases the packaging is stated in the explanatory text which accompanies all products. If it is absent at this stage it is definitely stated at the shopping basket stage. Thomas Ferguson, on the whole, has the following types of packaging: • Luxury Gift Box (used mainly for damask table linen) • Natural Kraft Box (used mainly for natural linens) • Standard Box (used for bed linen other table linen) • Polybag (same presentation as in box, minus box) • Handkerchief Pack (small presentation pack) • Other Items Pack (basic presentation for own use, not really suitable for gift) • Loose or Shrinkwrapped (most basic presentation strictly for own use, not as gift.
