I wouldn’t think so. Obama is not the president. If McCain’s campaign knew the itinerary, so did multiple other people. You can’t “breach national security” when someone doesn’t represent the United States. And make no mistake, Obama is DEFINITELY not representing the U.S. on this trip; he is representing himself, only.
