Tell me what u conjecture, of my diet crude and lacto-vegetarian and crude mixed into one:)?
i am drinking one thing green tea using splenda solely sweetner, eating unprepared by eating fruits veggies frozen or fresh surrounded by different ways, no canned so no added brackish only added brackish may come from seasonings and hot sauce the only other point used, got antioxidents from tea and use pure cocoa no added any article, then i enjoy one grain so far that i chomp through only is instinctive air popped corn no added butter or obese, i get one bearing for calcium and protein well calcium from soy milk silk street lamp vanilla and soy beans have those too and afterwards i eat peanut butter innate or nuts for my fats .
