IV. Submission to a refereed BEI Journal Deadline: Jan. 17, 2009 The refereed BEI Journals publish full, accepted papers in hardcopy and are distributed after the Journal Submission Deadline. The Journal details are on the Journals page and the Journal Submission process is found on the Process page. What do I need to do to be considered for Proceedings (via CD-ROM) and/or Journal (in hardcopy) publication?
