Telephone connection in China?
Public telephones are available in post offices, hotels, shops and roadside kiosks. Domestic calls are cheaper after 2100 hrs. It is easier to make international calls from China. There is a 3 min minimum charge for international calls. Roaming agreements exist between major international telecom companies. Coverage is good in towns and cities throughout the country. Almost 1/3rd of the country has coverage.
