TeamDrive is having trouble connecting and I use ZoneAlarm. How can I make the two work together?
ZoneAlarm by default stops outbound connections to servers like My Docs Online from client programs like TeamDrive. To configure ZoneAlarm to allow TeamDrive to connect, open ZoneAlarm and select “Custom Rules” and add a custom rule to allow a specific connection to “webfolders.mydocsonline.com”. What about my WebTV browser? For browsers not capable of using JavaScript there is an alternative login screen, login.html. This login page also contains fewer graphics.
