TCU Football – What Exactly Is A Horned Frog? Monday January 4, 2010 Okay, as much as I take swipes at the Dallas/Fort Worth area, I was really pulling for the TCU football Horned Frogs to come away from the Fiesta Bowl with a victory. Instead, they lost a heartbreaker to the awful, awful Boise State team, losing 10-17. Ah well, Texas is 0-2 thus far, but we’ll get the big one here in a week or so. At the very least, a bunch of people went on the prowl to see exactly what a horned frog was. (Click here to see some pictures of the ugly little fellow.
