Tang is supposed to be furnished. What are the basic amenities?
A. All Tang rooms come with: * An extra long twin bed (With mattress) * A chest of drawers, * A desk and a chair. * Each room has a built in closet. * All windows come with curtains or blinds installed. * A duct for installing an air conditioner unit is available in all rooms, and heating is installed in all rooms. * There is no lighting other than in common hallways, kitchens & bathrooms (i.e. no lighting in any of the bedrooms), although there is always an electrical outlet that is controlled by the light switch in each room. * Each room also comes with an MIT telephone jack (so local & mit calls are free, additional services can be acquired for a fee), an ethernet jack, and all living rooms have a MIT-Cable basic antennae connection (cable service can be acquired on this jack for a fee). Some bed rooms (but not all) have a cable jack as well. If a resident pays for cabel service for his/her room, MIT cable can be contacted about installing an additional cable jack in that bedroom. *
