I believe the commercial is for Tums not Taco Bell. Tums has a "food fight" campaign and in their commercials certain foods (tacos, chicken wings) are actually fighting the people trying to eat them. In this particular commercial a man attempts to eat a taco, and when he brings it close to his face the taco slaps him.
