T Winterbottom: Mazzetti is an Italian brand of fine balsamic vinegar. Not an ingredient I’d expect to find in a candy recipe, but who knows…?

I appreciate it—I love candy too! One thing I was wondering, as an expert, how long would you advise that people keep their candy? I am a candy hoarder and tend to keep my Halloween loot for months, if not years. With the new directions of schools emphasizing standardized testing and preparing college bound students, that vision leaves our kids feeling left out many times.
