Swaying problem with 1996 Nissan Pathfinder! HELP!?

0

I have a 1996 Pathfinder 4 wheel drive with 120,000 miles on it that has a “sway” problem. The sway can occur at any time but usually on the highway (at any speed). The body starts rocking side to side and if the speed is maintained, it gets gets worse. Letting off the gas or increasing speed will make it stop. The truck has new shocks and struts but the problem has not improved. The front end was just aligned and checked for suspension wear. Tires have been balanced and rotated. Has any one else exhibited this problem or have any ideas? Thanks. I also put a new stabilizer bar on the rear but still no improvement. A: My car did the samething, I had noticed that my rear stabilizer bar was not intact…turns out I had hit a dip and snapped the bolts to it.went to the deal, spent 50 bucks on bolts and rubber boots and put the bar back in place per my Haynes manual.
