We consider that the best employment security comes from each individual professional capability. If you have the right skills you will not have to worry about employment security. You can always find work opportunities. This is a bold reality in the IT field where Europe and USA have a huge lack of professionals. We believe that if someone is trained in such a way that he/she can survive in the market as an independent professional then he/she has the strongest employment guaranty.
