Due to the limited number of terminals available in the libraries, we do not encourage web-surfing, although there is currently no policy against it. If you notice that there are students waiting to use the library terminals, we encourage you to wrap up personal web-surfing as quickly as possible. Chat room users will be asked to leave if others are waiting.
