Surely Ill need one IP address per web site / domain name?

0

Since Netscape 2.0 and Internet Explorer 3.0 it has not been necessary or beneficial to have one IP address per web site. It is now standard practice to host multiple (somethimes hundreds) of web sites on a single IP address. Ripe recommends that all hosting companies do this and will not support applications for additional IP addresses when they are to be used unnecesarily for web site hosting.
