Suppose that I need system administrative services that are not part of Cornerstone or Basic Services. Can I pay for CSOps to perform those services?

• A: Not at the present time. Part of the reason for this is that we do not have sufficient budget to hire people to perform an unknown quantity of custom services, and secondly we do not currently have an appropriate accounting mechanism by which we can accept funds in exchange for custom services.
