Suppose my requirements change mid-project. What are the time/cost implications?
This depends on the degree of your changes – small changes in specification or location of equipment can often be accommodated with little impact on time/ cost. We will advise if and when changes impact the cost structure of the project or when decisions become irreversible and prepare a fully budgeted ‘change order’ for you to review and approve before the change is implemented – this leaves you fully in control at all times.
