Summary View appears to be frozen, why?
Summary view appears to freeze if you try to select records from bottom to top for use in the Pick List. If your search results contain more than 3,000 records, the selection of records will work but may take a long time for the computer to process (depending on the speed of your computer processor). To cancel this operation, Click on “Ctrl” + “Alt” + “Delete” and close the Scott’s Select application, and then restart the program. Please note that if you use this option, you will lose any unsaved searches.
