• Select the folder you want to sort and click on the column you want to sort by (Subject, Date, Sender, Size). • You can add items you want to sort by to the column group by clicking on the small column icon circled above (see fig. 3) at the end of the column listing. back to top Cleaning out Sent folder can keep you from going over your email Quota • Click on your Sent folder and click on the “Size” column. You will see the largest message at the bottom and most likely this will be a large attachment you’ve sent. Deleting this email will clean out a large amount of space of you mailbox. This works for other folders as well.
