Subaru WRX questions!!!?
So i’m in the market for buying a slightly used(10,000k-30,000k mileage) subaru WRX year 2005+. I understand that the tranny on them can be abused, but im trying to look for a solid WRX that was not abused hard. How do i tell what condition the gears are when test driving a WRX from a dealer? Again i just want to make sure im buying a solid car. Also a small side question about AWD. Since AWD uses all four times, does it wear out all four tires a lot faster under normal driving condition, compared to a two wheel drive car? Take for example my FWD car, when the tires in the front are losing tread, we just rotate the tires. AWD obviously you could not do this… so it must go through tires 100% faster? Points awarded!
