StudentOnLine says that I have a sanction. What should I do?
A sanction is a penalty recorded against your enrolment. There are two types of sanctions: Academic – for unsatisfactory academic progress and Administrative – for failure to comply with certain administrative requirements (e.g. non payment of fees). If you have a sanction against your enrolment, you should contact your local Student Administration Office and ask what action you need to undertake to have the sanction lifted.
