student application or a new admissions application?
You must complete a new admissions application even if you have completed CEU forms for training. You should only complete the returning student application if you have already taken a college class at Fairmont State. Question: I have already taken college courses at another college. How can I transfer these classes? Answer: You must have your previous institution send an official transcript to the DOH Academic Advisor, who will then forward to the admissions office for an official review.
