Strong Muscles: Are they as Important as Good Posture?
On this blog, we’re talking a lot about muscle strength and the exercises we can do to burn body fat. But today, I like to share the following video with you, reminding us of the importance of good posture / body and bone alignment, for good posture is the basis of all exercise we do. Building muscle strength with any exercise or fitness program first requires good posture and thoughtful movement to prevent joint pain or even injuries that could take months to heal.
