StreetFinder cannot find my address. How do I get my address into StreetFinder?
If you discover that any information is missing/misplaced in StreetFinder, you can add it to your map files. To do so, zoom in to zoom level 8 or higher, then click the Marker button on the toolbar at the bottom of the screen. This will allow you to mark an address on an unnamed street, or any other point on the map. You can also let us know of the situation via FAX 847-675-6368; email support@randmcnally.com; or mail. Simply print out the section where your street or address should be, and draw the correction directly on the map we will be happy to forward the information to our data teams.
