Call 877-FIX-LAMP (877-349-5267). If present, please indicate the number on the pole. The number is found on the part of the pole facing the street at about 8 feet from the ground. If no number is present, please indicate the closest address and/or street intersection to best describe the location of the outage. If you leave your name and phone number, a DPW representative may contact you if there are any questions. Bulbs and sensors are repaired fairly quickly by Lexington’s Forestry staff. Fixture replacements or electrical problems are addressed by a licensed electrical contractor hired by the Town.

Street lights are maintained by the Street Services Division in the Department of Transportation. Please call the 3-1-1 to report the outage.
