I mentioned before,you have too many wires going into your timer,get a wiring centre.A wiring centre is a box where you terminate all of your cables from all the heating controls including timer,its designed too make life easier for the termination of heating control wires.You should mount the the wiring centre where the timer is going to go,and then put your timer nearby and then wire your timer into it.
