Send us e-mail • Why do I get an error now when I try to listen to a Live Radio/TV broadcast? • Why when I click on a Live Radio/TV link do I get an ‘Unknown File Type’ dialog? • Why am I getting an old broadcast? • The signal sounds good for a couple of minutes but then it starts to break up. What should I do? • When I click on a Live Radio/TV link the RealPlayer comes up but I don’t hear anything. • Why am I receiving a bad feed using RealPlayer 4.0? • I still can’t get Live Radio/TV to work. What should I do? Answers • WHY DO I GET AN ERROR NOW WHEN I TRY TO LISTEN TO A LIVE RADIO/TV BROADCAST? ESPN.com recently improved the quality of its Live Radio/TV by upgrading to a new version. In order to listen you will need the latest version of the RealPlayer which is found at the RealNetworks site. • WHY WHEN I CLICK ON A LIVE RADIO/TV LINK DO I GET AN ‘UNKNOWN FILE TYPE DIALOG? It usually means that you don’t have the RealPlayer loaded on your computer or it’s not a recent enough version
