You will find the link for Kiss and Make Up underneath the negative or neutral feedback entry that on Your Etsy > Feedback > Completed Feedback. When you initiate a Kiss and Make Up offer, a Convo is automatically sent by Etsy to both you and the other person involved in the transaction. Both parties must agree to change the feedback rating from negative/neutral to positive. You can initiate Kiss and Make Up for neutral or negative feedback that you have left or received.
