If she is only giving you a hand job then you can be relatively certain that you will not contract an STD. As long as her hands are clean and have no open cuts or sores you will be fine. If you would feel safer it wouldn’t hurt to wear a condom (better to be safe now than sorry later). I’m not sure what the going rate is for that kind of massage so I don’t know what a normal tip would be. I’d say not more than $10 or $20 dollars though depending on how happy she makes you LOL!
