• Click on Addresses after logging in. • Click Search. • Choose either Search Personal Address Book or Search Corporate Directory in the first dropdown box. • Choose the desired criteria by which to search in the two dropdown boxes. • Enter the name or email address of the person for which you are searching in the final field. • Click Search. • Click the checkbox beneath To, cc, or bcc. • Click Compose Message, and begin your message to the person chosen from the directory.
