Solid waste service to residents is initiated or terminated in conjunction with your water service through the City of Carrollton. Contact Utility Customer Service at 972-466-3120 or visit City Hall at 1945 E. Jackson Road at Josey Lane 7:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. Monday –Thursdays, 7:30 -11:30 a.m. Fridays to start or stop service.
