Each time you connect to the SRB using Sinit, one of these files is created. When you disconnect using Sexit, the file is removed. So, having these files in the .srb directory means you either have open, active connections to the SRB from that client machine, or, at some point in the past, you disconnected from the SRB without calling Sexit. There may be both active connections and dead ones represented by these files. If you are sure you do not have an active connection, at least not one you wish to continue using, then it is acceptable to delete these files.
