There two ways. You may go to your nearest Navy Exchange and show your military ID Card. The Customer Service Desk will assist you. In most cases, upon credit approval, you will receive a temporary card within minutes. You will receive 10% off your first day’s purchases on your new Military Star Card. You may also apply online.
