Sprained ankle, when should I walk?

0

I sprained my ankle on a Thursday and was off my feet, (except to go to the doctor the next day for x-rays), till I had to go back to work on Monday. I wrapped my ankle with an ace bandage and wore my Doc Martens laced snug. Since I was working retail back then, I stood like a flamingo the whole day. I took normal douses of Advil for about a week and wore the ace bandage and Doc Martins. Only you know how much pain you feel. Just take it easy, no running or a lot of walking. Use crutches if it starts to feel worse. By all means, don’t over do it too soon.
