that’s a great question. Biblically speaking, Christians are required to civil disobedience only in cases where government prevents us from doing what God wants us to do or commands us to do something that is against His Word. The swine flu vaccine issue is tough. Government is not forcing us to cease preaching the gospel or commanding us to bow down to an idol. This is a case where good Christians have liberty of conscience to get the shot or not. We must not condemn other Christians for doing so or not doing so. This is an ideological argument not a Biblical one. As far as I know, research has not proved this would prevent the disease as did the polio argument.
