Specification is modified and placed under a subsequent IP review?
A. All Participants in a Working Group requesting RAND licensing are required to submit an IP Declaration during the subsequent IP review period to obtain RAND licensing terms. Generally, EPCglobal will not consider IP Declarations filed against a modified Specification, unless the Participant had previously filed an IP Declaration against the original Specification during the appropriate review period. If the Participant has a legitimate reason for not previously submitting an IP Declaration against the original Specification, EPCglobal will consider the submission.
