The Arista Joint Venture allows you to earn potentially higher returns by sharing some risk with us by jointly purchasing a property. However, we basically remove most barriers associated with real estate investing: we complete the time-consuming steps from beginning to end, which include: extensive research, in-depth analysis, negotiations, acquisition, financing, operational management, and on-going property reviews throughout the life of the real estate investment. You will provide the initial capital (down payment and closing costs) and qualify for the mortgage. As our JV partner, you will be the first to receive priority previews on new investment properties.
