Speaking of Speedball, whats it like getting the character back to his roots?
Christos Gage: When you look at where the character has gone, it’s not just flipping a switch. You can’t just erase everything that has happened to him. And that’s what, to me, is interesting and cool about the character. He’s going through this journey. He wants to try and go back to who he was, but a change of clothes doesn’t change who you are inside. He’ll be struggling with how he feels about everything that’s happened to him, trying to pick up a life that in many ways is over because some of his friends are dead and the New Warriors are split up. Robbie Baldwin is becoming a new person who is the culmination of all his different experiences. To me, it’s very interesting to see a character going through all these changes.
