Speaking of safety; how can that be maintained safely under the canopy?
A key consultant on this project and former California State Licensed OSHA Safety instructor and enforcement manager in the field of high voltage transmission construction, maintenance and repair has indicated that many of the fundamental policies and procedures for this design already exist…. and where specific concerns for safety in this application are concerned, both the power delivery suspension system and solar PV canopy can be designed for safe maintenance and repair. He also has stated that the drafting, review and approval of an operating and maintenance safety manual is possible and appropriate for CNRS.
