Spam Control is enabled, but the end users still receive bulk e-mail in their inboxes. How can I fix this?
This applies to all the versions of F-Secure Internet Gatekeeper with spam scanning enabled. Make sure that the end-users e-mail clients are properly set up to work with Spam Control. Spam Control can be configured to add specific headers to messages detected as spam, as well as to add identifying strings to the Subject line. You can adjust the spam filtering level under F-Secure Anti-Virus for Internet Mail / Settings / Inbound Mail / Spam Control to filter more messages as spam. Please see the F-Secure Internet Gatekeeper administrator’s guide for instructions how to use the settings if necessary.
